We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities
. Provide Administrative support to our office (Quotations of Products, responding to queries emails, etc)
. Typing of product labels and relaying of orders from Business Clients to Kitchen.
. Preparation of ISO/HACCP and Halal Certification documents
. Purchasing of inventory/ Ingredients from suppliers
. Receiving of Goods and directing delivery man for storage of goods
. Process Delivery order/ Invoices (If needed)
Requirements
. Good Organization skills and Attention to detail
. Independent Team player
. Able to commit to a 5 Days work week (9 am to 6 pm)
. Experienced/Non-experienced applicants are welcomed
. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills (English)
