Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Cavite City. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, organizing files and records, and performing clerical duties. Additionally, the role involves assisting executives with various tasks, coordinating appointments, and maintaining effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills for record keeping, organizing, and documentation
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
