We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Sales & Marketing team. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and internal teams, organizing documentation, and assisting with departmental initiatives to ensure smooth daily operations and improve overall team efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
Experience in bidding and administrative roles is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
