The
Administrative Assistant provides responsive, effective and efficient assistance to a specific project of the school. Specifically, this includes performing clerical and communications work, and organizational tasks and management of records for a particular project. Aside from organizing and managing files, the assistant may need to coordinate with internal and external clients of the school.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Has at least 1 year relevant working experience preferably in a school setting
- Must have proficiency with computer applications and document programs, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Google Apps
- Flexibility, multi-tasking, office-management and organizational skills
- With excellent English communication skills
- Smart, analytical and detail-oriented
- Positive, happy and warm personality
- Has high moral and work ethic
- Has excellent customer relations skills
- Must be immediately available to start working in Pasig City on a full-time basis by July 2026
