Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at Makuku Philippines located in Taguig. The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to schedule management, filing, data entry, and answering phone calls and emails. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
