What You'll Do:
- Fill out and submit township applications, permits, and utility forms by reviewing architectural plans and extracting key data such as square footage and project details.
- Communicate with engineers, architects, and internal team members to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
- Track project progress across multiple job sites by updating internal systems, monitoring permit statuses, following up on approvals or rejections, and flagging delays or issues.
- Assist with utility coordination (gas, electric), including submitting applications through data entry, monitoring account statuses, and remaining on hold until a manager joins calls when needed.
- Assist with data entry and organization across Google Drive and Excel.
- Proactively drive tasks forward by prompting next steps, sending reminders, and following up as needed.
Who You'll Work With:
You'll work closely with the company owner and collaborate with a small, fast-moving team that includes site managers, engineers, architects, and internal administrative support. This role plays a key part in connecting different parts of the business and keeping everyone aligned and informed.
Who We're Looking For:
- Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple moving projects, track statuses, and maintain structured documentation without oversight.
- Fast Learner: Can quickly understand step-by-step processes and apply them independently after minimal training.
- Proactive: Takes initiative to follow up, ask questions, and push tasks forward without being micromanaged.
- Detail-Oriented: Accurately extracts and inputs data from plans and forms without errors.
