Salary Range: $693 to $866 per month

As the company expands its relationships with multifamily developers, they're looking for a detail-driven and tech-savvy team member to support key logistics and operational processes. What You'll Do:
- Upload photos of confirmed deliveries into NetSuite.
- Generate and send daily invoices using templates and proper contact details.
- Follow up consistently on overdue invoices via email or phone.
- Enter purchase orders in vendor portals and confirm them in NetSuite.
- Compile and send driver delivery packets for scheduled orders.
- Notify customers of upcoming deliveries and send ETA updates.
- Assist with catalog management tasks like updating product SKUs and pricing.
- Support repeatable back-office processes to aid operations and account managers.
Who You'll Work With:
Be part of a fast-moving operations team in a growing home improvement company. You'll work closely with account managers, drivers, and vendors to keep things running smoothly while helping streamline the company's delivery and invoicing systems.
Who We're Looking For:
- Computer-Literate: Able to learn to navigate tools like NetSuite and vendor portals with ease.
- Process-Oriented: Skilled at following and improving multi-step workflows.
- Good Communication: Clear written and verbal speaker for internal and customer communication.
- Fast & Accurate: Handles time-sensitive tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Flexible & Eager to Grow: Open to expand into logistics, catalog, or client-facing roles over time.
- Experience: General work experience required. Experience in NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus, but not necessary. Experience with cabinetry or general product knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
