Job Description

Administrative Assistant (₱30K–₱40K | Onsite | FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Onsite (IT Park) | Dayshift (6:00 AM– 3:00 PM) Monday–Friday

You support the smooth flow of day-to-day operations by keeping documents, schedules, and communication organized and up to date. Your role helps ensure teams stay aligned, informed, and ready to move work forward.

This is not a general clerical role. You work within defined processes, handle important records, and support structured workflows with accuracy and consistency. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • At least 3 years experience in administrative roles within industries like law, accounting, construction, or engineering
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management or documentation tools
  • Experience working independently and taking initiative in fast-paced project-driven environments

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Experience managing digital filing systems and cloud tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Google Drive)
  • Strong coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving skills

  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and contact lists

You help ensure tasks move smoothly and processes are followed.

  • Support internal workflows and approval processes
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and action items
  • Flag gaps or inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Documentation & Records Management

You help maintain accurate and organized records.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files
  • Prepare documents for internal use, client needs, or audits
  • Ensure proper version control and document accuracy
