Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support
daily office operations. The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate or someone
with 13 years of relevant experience who is organized, proactive, and capable of
handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Manage and organize documents, files, and records (physical and digital)
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement requests
Support HR, Finance, or Operations tasks as assigned
Ensure office procedures and company policies are followed
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome or with 13 years of administrative experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any
related course
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Good verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, punctual, and dependable
Preferred Skills (Optional but an Advantage)
Experience in documentation, filing, or office coordination
Basic knowledge of office systems and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
