II. Requirements

  • Education

College Graduate: Preferably Secretarial

  • Training and Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel;

Organization Skills; preferably with 5S training

In House Training

Company Orientation

Asker Code of Conduct;

  • Experience

2 years work experience

III. Duties and Responsibilities

The following are the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Record minutes of meeting
  • Assist in documentation, and record keeping for company support

processes

  • Serve as company liason for company submissions to regulatory bodies,

government offices, and suppliers

  • Other related tasks for organization and communication of company

processes
