Overview Of The Job
Administrative Assistants are vital to the success of our business at P&G. From Day 1, you will be accountable for being responsible for your own projects, working with teams to generate new insights and implementing changes; as well as, being accountable for results. Your responsibilities will include efficient & quality day-to-day administrative support to our leadership team and ensure operational effectiveness of the organization
Responsibilities Of The Role
- Administrative: Coordinate agenda, assist in business travels arrangement and Expense Reports: for travel, and relocation. Provide support to functional or business unit events and Internal or External visits (i.e. Vice Presidents or other leaders).
- Accounts budgeting and actuals tracking: Reviewing monthly actuals, checking for and correcting any posting errors. Track travel spending and making sure budget is met.
- Purchase Order: Placing Purchase Orders via Coupa and coordinating/ following up on completed work posting and its Proof of Performance confirmation posting. Placing Good Receipt on Purchase Order for completed work by suppliers.
- Misc: Provide other adhoc support as needed by your leaders/organization.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience in relevant administrative assistant position
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite and other tools
