Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Creative Support)
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative Virtual Assistant to support marketing initiatives through engaging content, branded materials, AI-powered workflows, and outbound communication. The ideal candidate combines digital marketing or design experience with strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Scope:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend availability
- Focus on innovation, automation, and marketing material production
- Supporting company-wide marketing and communication initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials including EDMs, posters, and promotional documentation
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to automate content generation and streamline creative workflows
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and digital channels
- Support outbound communication efforts including calls and prospect engagement
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Proficiency with AI-driven tools for content generation and automation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into compelling marketing assets
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage creative projects end-to-end
- High level of attention to detail in design and messaging
