Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systemsboth digital and physicalensuring quick retrieval of documents.
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or teams.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist in preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and distributing summaries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Provide support for onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and with external partners, clients, and vendors.
  • Support basic bookkeeping or expense tracking tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Management and other related courses.
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years related experience. Dynamic Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With good communication skills and decision-making. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, and resourceful.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
