WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support at departmental or divisional level
. Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email
. Maintain files and records
. Use business software applications such as word processing, presentation and spreadsheet to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas and minutes
. assist in the administrative support for Project Hermes
