Your Role:
Insurance Broker Administration Assistant Overview As an Insurance Broker Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by managing client data and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain client and policy information in our broking system, ensuring data integrity and compliance while cross-checking documents for discrepancies.
- Administrative Support: Process invoices and manage debtor accounts, prepare reports and spreadsheets, and send pre-renewal notifications to clients regarding expiring policies.
- Document Preparation: Organize and prepare essential documents such as policy schedules, renewal notices, and invoices using provided templates, while managing online quotation systems independently.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email and other communication channels, coordinate meetings, and address any urgent issues that arise.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings and coaching sessions, collaborate with onshore staff to enhance efficiency, and provide feedback on procedures to improve workflows.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory processes regarding privacy, data security, and confidentiality, ensuring high standards of service are consistently maintained.
Non-negotiable:- Experience in multi-national company or shared service set-up
- Must have excellent management reporting skills and experience providing management reporting to senior management level
- Strong analytical and problem skills
- Clear English communicator with the ability to explain/present complex financial data in a clear way
