The Admin Support Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the Global Corporate Communications (GCC) team to achieve its objectives by ensuring efficient budget administration, accurate media monitoringincluding timely crisis reportsand seamless logistical support. This position is responsible for managing and tracking the corporate communications budget, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for timely processing of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also supports media relations activities, including sponsorship coordination and press requests, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of digital and traditional media monitoring reports for reputation building and crisis management.
Additionally, the position provides comprehensive administrative support for the function's executives and projects, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and event logistics. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, digital proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, service-oriented, analytical, and adept at leveraging tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and media monitoring platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
