We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Support to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across order management, tracking, invoicing, and document control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Track order status and coordinate updates with internal teams and clients
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices in coordination with the finance team
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, documents, and reports
  • Support document control processes (filing, versioning, compliance tracking)
  • Assist technical and operations teams with administrative requirements
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders, payments, and documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and reports
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

  • Proven experience in administrative support, order processing, or similar roles
  • Experience with invoicing, finance support, or document control is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or CRM/ERP systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office in Sto. Domingo, Angeles City. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
