Job Summary
Provide full assistance to Executives by undertaking administrative & support duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining daily back office chores
- Archiving, documenting, expense tracking, process moderator, validation routines, and other related operational tasks for Sales Department.
- Keep an organized record of documentation signed by the Executives.
- Acts as liaison between Executives and other managers and staff.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.
Job Requirements And Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-yr course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Has an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications and use of office equipment.
- With pleasing personality and good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Willing to be trained and work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
