Job Summary

Provide full assistance to Executives by undertaking administrative & support duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining daily back office chores
  • Archiving, documenting, expense tracking, process moderator, validation routines, and other related operational tasks for Sales Department.
  • Keep an organized record of documentation signed by the Executives.
  • Acts as liaison between Executives and other managers and staff.
  • Perform other tasks as instructed by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements And Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-yr course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Has an excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office applications and use of office equipment.
  • With pleasing personality and good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Willing to be trained and work in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
