Position: Admin Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring efficient office operations, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication across internal teams and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportMaintain office supplies, monitor equipment, and ensure the proper upkeep of office facilities.
Manage stockkeeping, inventory documentation, and product record monitoring.
Handle and respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, databases, and documentation.
Support communication flow between departments to ensure timely dissemination of information.
Coordinate schedules, tasks, and small-scale administrative projects as needed.
Assist in communication and coordination with suppliers, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
Graduate of any four-year degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
At least 12 years of experience in a similar role such as Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Receptionist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
