Responsibilities

  • To ensure the standard are adhered to.
  • To ensure current processes are established in work Instructions and are being trained in Excellence School.
  • To identify and bring new standards to operation.
  • Manage office operations, supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle administrative documents, reports, and records. Support HR in onboarding, timekeeping coordination, or training logistics (if applicable).
  • Assist Managers with scheduling, travel arrangements, and reports.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and administrative procedures

Requirements

  • Familiarity with procurement, documentation, and vendor coordination is often preferred.
  • Strong office management and document control skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams, management, and external vendors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle requests, queries, and administrative concerns efficiently.
