Position: Admin Officer

Location: Pasig City

Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Admin Officer to support our HD operations. This role involves handling paperwork, billing, point-of-sale management, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle clinic and dental administrative tasks, including paperwork and filing
  • Manage billing and cashier duties
  • Support day-to-day operations with efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and general office organization
  • Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
