Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin/HR Officer at Shinhan Bank - Manila Branch located in BGC Taguig. The Admin/HR Officer will be responsible for Administration and HR department, developing HR policies and so on.

Qualifications

  • Understanding to budget system of Bank Industry
  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Preferred to experience in developing HR policies
  • Strong understanding of employee relations
  • Ability to develop job descriptions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Preferred to Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
