Job Description

Role

As the Admin & HR Officer, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You will manage the employee lifecycle and handle essential administrative tasks, ensuring that our team has the resources and support they need to focus on their work. You are the go-to person for office logistics, employee support, and government compliance.

Your Impact:

  • HR Operations: You will handle end-to-end HR tasks, including recruitment coordination, onboarding new hires, and managing timekeeping/attendance.
  • Benefits & Payroll: You will process government statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Office Administration: You will manage office supplies, coordinate with building administration/maintenance, and oversee general cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
  • Travel & Scheduling: You will assist the executive team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel bookings (flights/accommodation).
  • Compliance: You will ensure company compliance with basic DOLE regulations and assist in renewing business permits and licenses.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Legal Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a law firm, energy company, or heavy infrastructure project.
  • Tech Savvy: Exceptional organization with proficiency in MS Project and Advanced Excel.

Competencies:

  • Resilience and adaptability to changing project lifecycles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-level stakeholder coordination.
  • Attention to detail in regulatory and statutory compliance.

  • Position Title: Admin & HR Officer
  • Location: Manila, Philippines (with coordination of provincial travel).
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
  • Reporting: Reports to the Team Heads.
