Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Admin/Finance & Sales Support Specialist, based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila. The role involves performing administrative tasks, supporting financial operations, assisting with sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Specialist will handle communication with clients and contribute to the efficient functioning of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Task 1: Finance & General Administration (60%)
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records
- Manage tax reporting and compliance with BIR (VAT, withholding tax, monthly/quarterly filings via eFPS)
- Handle SEC filings, business permits, city permits, and other government reportorial requirements
- Track accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and cash flow reporting
Task 2: Sales Support & RFQ Management (40%)
- Prepare and send RFQ requests to global suppliers
- Compile supplier quotes and create client quotation packages
- Provide sales support including document preparation and occasional client meetings
- Reformat client MTO/BOM specifications into standardized RFQ templates
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Materials Engineering or related field
- 3+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping and BIR tax requirements
- Experience with corporate financial reporting and compliance (SEC/BIR/City)
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (Highly recommended but not mandatory)
- Licensed accountant (CPA)
- Experience in steel industry (heavy steel, piping, industrial applications)
- Background in sales support, RFQ management, or procurement
- Preferably conversational Korean (to communicate with Korea HQ)
- Has valid driver's license and willing to meet clients face-to-face
