Job Description

The Admin Assistant role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of operational data to meet compliance requirements.

The position provides administrative support to project managers, including preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and tracking monthly data.

This role also involves creating dashboards, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and facilitating clear communication across business units. In addition, the role assists in implementing internal policies and procedures, supports daily clerical tasks, and helps identify and resolve operational issues through data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a college graduate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Preferably have an extensive experience on community relations, information/intelligence gathering and leadership functions;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Express are essential;
  • Graphic arts design and layout skills;
  • Have attention to detail with focus on quality;
  • Reliable and punctual;
  • Experience in handling multiple priorities effectively;
  • Have knowledge and skills in information technology and its operation.
