Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience in bidding and administrative roles is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Responsibilities
The Administrative Assistant supports Sales & Marketing by handling administrative duties, coordinating with clients and
internal teams, organizing documentation, and assisting with departmental initiatives to help maintain seamless daily
operations and enhances the team's overall efficiency and productivity.
