Job Description

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence.
  • Take detailed minutes of meetings and ensure action items are completed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain confidential records.
  • Coordinate with different departments (HR, Finance, Operations).
  • Support leadership with travel, bookings, and special projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proven track record in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports/presentations.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-departmental teams is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong minute-taking and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
