Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to management
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (record-keeping, tracking expenses, coordination with accountants)
- Handle logistics coordination (suppliers, deliveries, follow-ups)
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock tracking, and replenishment
- Maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare reports, documents, and internal records as needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
- Willing to work Mondays to Saturday
