To provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing Department by assisting in client coordination, managing documentation and reports, organizing events, and supporting social media and marketing initiatives. The role ensures efficient workflow, accurate sales monitoring, and effective communication to support overall sales performance.
Qualifications
- Grad. of any business-related course or equivalent (open to fresh graduates)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in administrative work, internships, or related training is an advantage.
- Exposure to sales and marketing functions or real estate industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management and basic digital marketing.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting team initiatives.
- Experience in event coordination or sch/org activities is an advantage.
