Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Business or Computer related course
Proficient in using MS Office (e.g. Word, Outlook, and Excel) (proficient in Pivot & LookUp)
Must have experience in using inventory system software, preferably SAP system Must have at least 1 to 2 years experiences in admin or reporting work
  • Preferably have experience in handling end-to-end monitoring of requests
Fast-learner and flexible
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self starter and can work with minimal supervision
Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Willing to work 4x a week in Paseo de Roxas, Makati City / 1 (once) a week WFH
Can start ASAP
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Monitoring and matching
  • Validate system Interface
Validate system Interface error
  • Match sales of the company and warehouse service provider
Monitor and Reprocess IDoc in SAP
  • Animal Health Inbound Monitoring
Create Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) for Local SKU deliveries
  • Create ASN for Subcon
Create batch / updates monitoring
  • Retrigger failed ASN
Human Pharma Inbound Monitoring
  • Monitor for release shipments to be able to provide Inbound Reference
Request for Redressing Form (RRF) Monitoring
  • Create sticker requests
Monitor production completion until availability to saleable location
  • Monitor completion of Repacking Batch Record (RBR)
Validate Animal Health Redressing Charges
  • Local SKU Monitoring and Ordering – AH and HP
Monitor stickers of Animal Health and Human Pharma and packaging materials
  • Monitor Product Samples
Monitor booking in warehouse service provider
  • Monitor deliveries to Field Force
Accommodate inquiries from Field Force
  • SALARY & PERKS:
