We are looking for an Admin Staff with Accounting Background to join our growing team!
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and basic accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities
Handle sales invoices, purchase orders, and filing of documents
Assist in monitoring payables and receivables
Coordinate with suppliers and clients for document requirements
Support daily office operations
Qualifications
Graduate of any business-related or accounting course
At least 1 year experience in admin or accounting work.
Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Familiar with basic bookkeeping and document filing
Can work with minimal supervision
Willing to learn and grow within the company
