About the Role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable professional to fill the position of Ad Traffic Manager within our dynamic team. Your role will involve managing digital advertising campaigns and improving their traffic performance across multiple platforms. You need to work together with marketing and creative teams to maintain both efficient ad operations and achieve targeted performance goals for each campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee traffic management for digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • You need to work alongside internal teams to secure timely and effective execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Achieve peak performance in digital campaigns through necessary adjustments to targeting strategies together with modifications to bid amounts and creative elements.
  • Digital advertisements must comply with platform standards and reach their scheduled delivery times.
  • Analyze traffic data to generate detailed performance reports for advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to create superior ad creatives that align with campaign goals.
  • Manage your advertising budget and schedule ads properly to maximize your investment returns.
  • Examine ad delivery problems and performance issues before launching solutions to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must show experience in Ad Traffic Management or Traffic Coordination roles within digital advertising.
  • A complete understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Programmatic is required for this candidate.
  • Has expertise in operating Google Analytics together with Google Tag Manager and social media advertising dashboards.
  • Efficient handling of multiple projects becomes possible through superior organizational ability and strong time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • The candidate showed effective teamwork skills throughout different organizational departments.
  • The candidate has shown advanced skills in executing A/B tests, enhancing advertising campaign performance, and analyzing key metrics.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising serves as a strong qualification advantage.
