Job Description

Be part of our client's team as a Ad Operations Reporting Analyst, supporting the operational backbone of omnichannel digital advertising campaigns. You will manage reporting workflows, monitor pacing and delivery, coordinate campaign documentation, and support internal and client-facing teams with accurate, actionable insights. This role deepens your exposure to post-sale ad operations and prepares you for growth into higher-level media and account leadership roles.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift, Weekends Off

Salary: PHP 43,000 to PHP 53,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 years of full-time experience in Ad Operations, with a strong focus on post-sale campaign management, including implementation/trafficking, pacing, reporting, and delivery
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end digital ad campaigns while coordinating client communications, expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with strong analytical and reporting skills to build insights, dashboards, and performance summaries with high accuracy
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of major digital and social media platforms
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with strong initiative, professional maturity, integrity, and a collaborative attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Previous media or agency experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, TAP).
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, or RTB media buying tools.
  • Understanding of web technologies (e.g., pixels, HTML, JavaScript).
  • Experience presenting to groups or clients.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide day-to-day support to a team managing agency and client relationships through outstanding campaign management and client service
  • Support campaigns using detailed project management to align cross-platform deliverables
  • Assist with timelines, asset trackers, communications, status calls, pacing/delivery trackers, weekly reports, and campaign recaps
  • Assist in bringing custom programs to life, including influencer marketing, podcasts, sweepstakes, video production, events, and on-site activations
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to reconcile monthly billing
  • Contribute to reporting of campaign wins, learnings, and performance documentation
