Ensures IT service availability and minimises the AIA's business impact of IT service outages through the effective management.
Contributes to the improvement of user satisfaction with IT services by ensuring that the arrangements remain aligned with business needs and priorities and fit for purpose.
Improves the overall technical performance as measured by the technology related KPIs and SLAs (utilisation, availability, response times etc.) year on year
Active Directory Management:
Handle the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory Services, including domain controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and CA.
Ensure the stability, security, and performance of Active Directory across the organization.
Incident & Problem Managements:
Act as a contact point for Active Directory-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
Part of the Active Directory operations team, with on-call and standby duties activated based on business criticality to implement changes, fulfill requests, and resolve incidents.
Security & Compliance:
Implement and enforce security best practices for Active Directory, including privileged access management, account lifecycle management, and audit policies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor Active Directory performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability according to the
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholder to evaluate, select, and implement AD-related tools and technologies.
Delivery of functional objectives within budget targets
Attainments of objectives and effectiveness of results.
Performance Scorecard.
Compliance and Audit Ratings.

Relevant Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience
Hands on experience on position related technical components.
OR
An equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree holder of university on Information Technology or related discipline
Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS (Domain Name System), DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol), CA (Certificate Authority) and related technologies.
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, including Azure AD, LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol), and SSO (Single Sign-On).
Experience with cloud-based directory services environments is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified or equivalent are highly desirable.
