Key Responsibilities
1. Activation & Retail Execution
- Execute product launches, retail activations, and always-on promotional activities across stores and partner locations
- Support booth activations, in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities
- Ensure proper setup and visibility of POSM, merchandising materials, and branding assets
- Conduct regular store visits and onsite monitoring to ensure smooth execution quality
2. Field Coordination & Activation Support
- Coordinate with store teams, promoters, agencies, and vendors for day-to-day activation execution
- Support activation schedules and field operation timelines
- Ensure promoters and store teams are aligned on activation mechanics, customer engagement flow, and lead capture requirements
- Monitor onsite activation quality and escalate operational issues when needed
3. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare activation reports, execution recaps, attendance tracking, and onsite documentation
- Monitor activation activities and provide market feedback to the team
- Assist in tracking activation expenses and operational support requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Activation, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Field Marketing, Event Coordination, or related field operations
- Hands-on experience in retail activations, product launches, booth activations, in-store promotions, customer engagement, or lead capture activities
- Experience working with promoters, retail stores, agencies, vendors, or field teams is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and field-oriented environment
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, retail, or event-related industries is highly preferred
- Willing to travel for store visits and on-ground activation activities when required
