Job Description

BDO Cards Issuing ensures that our clients receive the right card suited to their needs. Through BDO Cards Issuing, we offer services designed to match the diverse lifestyle preferences of our cardholders.

Job Summary:

Responsible in conceptualization of acquisition projects and programs intended to help increase the cards in force and grow the public channel's share in the bank's total card approval. Mangement and development of assigned sales team and members. Builds and maintains sound relationship with cross functional units, business/brand partners and third-party service providers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures team's delivery against all key sales metrics
  • Oversees and monitors individual and group contribution to assigned projects/programs
  • Provide training and continuous development opportunities to team members
  • Coach team members on sales, product knowledge, processes and other best practices
  • Overall management of designated acquisition/sales support projects/programs
  • Conceptualization and implementation of acquisition/sales support programs through existing and new sales channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably business course
  • With at least 5 years of work experience in credit card sales, sales strategy development and team management gained from bank or other financial institution
  • Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
