Job Description

The Acquisition and Activation Officer is primarily responsible for supporting the Department Head in driving client acquisition through the promotion, positioning, and activation of Business Solutions products, particularly technology-enabled solutions. The role focuses on optimizing marketing programs and channel strategies to increase product and service awareness, while ensuring smooth client onboarding and system activation in coordination with internal partners.

The position also plays a key role in assisting partners and clients throughout the activation process, including requirements gathering, system integration coordination, and initial user enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports marketing campaigns and programs that drive client acquisition for Business Solutions and IT-related products
  • Conducts environmental scanning and market research to identify and profile prospective clients based on industry, size, and technology needs
  • Assesses the legitimacy, business viability, and financial capacity of prospective clients
  • Drafts business proposals and solution presentations aligned with client requirements and submits them to the Department Head for review and approval
  • Prepares logistics and coordinates scheduling of business presentations, product demos, and client meetings
  • Provides assistance during product presentations, solution walkthroughs, and commercial negotiations with prospective clients
  • Collates and validates client requirements for documentation, onboarding, and activation
  • Acts as liaison between partner units (e.g., IT, product, operations) and clients to facilitate system integration, user training, and business process orientation
  • Supports activation and go-live activities to ensure smooth implementation of Business Solutions

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably handling Business Solutions, SaaS, fintech, or IT products
  • Background from IT companies, technology vendors, system integrators, or software providers is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office; strong skills in business presentations and proposal preparation
  • Good understanding of solution-selling and client onboarding processes
  • Strong time management skills; able to work well under pressure
  • Self-driven, determined, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to drive; owning a vehicle (motorcycle or car) is an advantage
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati
