How will you contribute
- Responsible for handling the day-to-day transactions of clients
- Manages the documetation and compliance and ensures that all required information are updated
- Generate collateral business and deposits from clients and promotes other services of the bank
- Solicit new, quality clients
- Packages credit accomodations, and gathers all pertinent documents for credit accommodations.
- Monitors loan/TR maturities
- Monitors activity of borrowing and non-borrowing accounts
What will make you successful
- A graduate of any business and finance course.
- Preferably with general banking experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must have with background in credit/financial analysis
- Ability to speak Nihongo would be advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of banking practices as well as regulatory policies, systems and procedures
- Has the ability to conduct and facilitate meetings effectively and interact with top management
- Can remain calm during uncomfortable interactions with a small group or when faced with stressful situations
- Hardworking, organized and results/target-oriented
- Must detail-oriented and have keen sense and initiative in developing better systems or guidelines
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint
