Accounts Receivable Supervisor

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee and manage all accounts receivable operations for the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring invoicing and payment processes, reconciling accounts, supervising the AR team, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role requires enhancing financial workflows and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu.

• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting processes, including end-to-end accounts receivable management
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to interpret financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Experience in Account Reconciliation and Auditing tasks
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills to supervise and assist team members
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial software is an advantage
