Perform daily checks on platform settlement (Lazada, Shopee Tiktok PH), reconciling all uploaded data in Kingdee
Handle payment applications for platform withdrawals
Manually prepare weekly sales summary reference for platforms
Verify the automatic generation of moral income and cost data by Kingdee
Make sale summary report and brand report
Supporting month-end or period-end financial reviews
Provided administrative and accounting support beyond regular duties as required by management

Job Requirement

Financial and Accounting Major
At least 1-3 years working experience related with AR, better in e-commerce company, be familiar with the Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada Platform.
Have experience working in foreign company, and be proficient in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English
Proficient in using Excel, know about Kingdee.
