Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role Description

- Perform daily checks on platform settlement (Lazada, Shopee Tiktok PH), reconciling all uploaded data in Kingdee

- Handle payment applications for platform withdrawals

- Manually prepare weekly sales summary reference for platforms

- Verify the automatic generation of moral income and cost data by Kingdee

- Make sale summary report and brand report

- Supporting month-end or period-end financial reviews

- Provided administrative and accounting support beyond regular duties as required by management

Qualifications

- Financial and Accounting Major

- At least 1-3 years working experience related with AR, better in e-commerce company, be familiar with the Shopee/Tiktok/Lazada Platform.

- Have experience working in foreign company, and be proficient in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English

- Proficient in using Excel, know about Kingdee.

- Can join in immediately.
