Skills And Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or accounting operations.
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or any related course.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with other Microsoft Office tools and software.
Knowledgeable in revenue and accounts receivable processes and related tax treatments.

Roles And Responsibilities

Perform daily reconciliation of club sales reports and end-of-day reports.
Do cash coding in Xero every Thursday for weekly reconciliation of cash, card, check, and over-the-counter collections.
Prepare sales and collection summaries.
Prepare AR monitoring reports for management.
Monitor daily submission of club requirements and update compliance reports.
Conduct quarterly club audits.
Attend weekly meetings with team leaders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
