Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be the guardian of our client's financial health by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while maintaining the company's strong working capital position. Your role fortifies the financial relationships with clients through diligent monitoring of receivables and consistent follow-ups, safeguarding against missed billing events or invoices.

You will manage the day-to-day operations of generating and sending monthly sales invoices using MYOB and Salesforce, ensuring every transaction is meticulously logged and verified. You will collaborate closely with project managers for the review and approval of invoices, providing a seamless financial service to our client base while working remotely. This position sets you up in a dynamic environment where you influence the financial stability of our projects.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 2–3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or combined AP/AR roles.
• Proficiency in MYOB for invoice creation and AR reporting.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-billing environments.
• Skills in Microsoft Excel for invoice checks and tracking.

Strong Signals

• Competence in managing aged receivables with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
