Accounts Receivable Associate

TheAccounts Receivable Associateis responsible in overseeing the credit and collections processes, achieving key performance indicators, enforcing policies, and generating reports for stakeholder discussions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up on past and upcoming debts through phone and email communications.
• Generate and send statements, invoices, and perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain and manage collection plans and schedules.
• Produce aged debtor reports and in-person summary reports for assigned shows.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams.
• Distribute collection plans to all relevant departments.
• Assist in cross-functional collaboration and provide additional reporting support as required.
• Follow established credit control procedures.
• Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., VOTs) is completed and provided.

Job Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year experience in Credit & Collections/ Accounts Receivable
• Preferably with customer service experience handling financial accounts
• Proficient in MS Excel (AutoSum, VLOOKUP, Pivot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
• Can start ASAP
