We at Coforge are hiring for Accounts Receivable/Billing Assistant Managerwith the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities:
Billing Operations:
- Oversee the preparation, validation, and issuance of client invoices in compliance with contracts and SLAs.
- Ensure billing accuracy by validating data against project records, timesheets, and ERP reports.
- Manage resolution of billing disputes in collaboration with finance, delivery, and client account teams.
- Maintain and enhance billing processes in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and audit standards.
- Generate and review billing dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Drive automation and process improvements in billing workflows.
Engagement Support Operations:
- Manage job code lifecycle activities creation, modification, closure ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee WIP monitoring, exception handling, and root cause analysis.
- Support client engagement survey processes and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure smooth engagement execution.
- Maintain logs, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness and internal controls.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead a team of specialists across billing and engagement support functions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issue resolution.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance management for team members.
- Liaise with global stakeholders to align processes and ensure service excellence
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of billing, accounts receivable, and engagement operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage global stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
