Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will manage AR processes, reconcile ledgers, resolve discrepancies, handle customer communications, and support cross-functional financial operations. Your role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and strong client relationships while contributing to financial stability across the organization.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Sydney time (Weekends Off)
Work setup: Hybrid - Mon & Fri Remote, Tue-Thu Onsite (Ortigas Megatower)

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge of Intacct, NetSuite, or Salesforce preferred but not required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Your Daily Tasks

• Contact customers, send aging reports, and secure outstanding balances
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly recorded
• Research discrepancies by reviewing bills, deposits, and internal documentation
• Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues to appropriate internal teams
• Record and update customer account information
• Participate in projects assigned by management, including cross-training tasks
