Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key contributor within the Accounting Department, responsible for tasks that support the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of financial operations.

Process incoming invoices, by checking accuracy of price, quantity, and freight.

Research and review vendor statements.

Notify vendors, warehouses and purchasing of any discrepancies.

Notify vendors of payment details, if requested.

Process credit memos.

Email vendor monthly for credits not received.

Follow up with purchasing regarding discrepancies.

Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting a US-based company.

Ast least 2 years of experience using an ERP system such as Microsoft Navision, SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required.

Typing speed of at least 50 Words Per Minute (WPM) with a minimum accuracy of 95%.

Willingness to work in the evening shift (starting from 8:00 PM Manila Time).

A stable fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps (download and upload).

High-performance PC/Laptop with the following minimum specifications:

- Minimum of 6-core processors (2.5 GHz or higher).

- Minimum of 16GB installed Physical Memory.

- Minimum of 500GB SSD hard drive.

- Windows 10 or newer.

- Minimum of 2 Monitors.

- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) subscription.
