Transactional Integrity & Volume Processing

You own the heartbeat of the carrier payment cycle, ensuring zero downtime in logistics operations.

• Execute accurate online and phone payment processing for a high daily volume of carrier invoices.
• Maintain a Single Source of Truth by ensuring thousands of freight records are validated against carrier contracts.
• Prepare detailed, audit-ready reports documenting all payments made and pending exceptions.

Dispute Resolution & Communication

You act as the primary bridge between the accounting department and external carrier partners.

• Resolve complex billing discrepancies by proactively communicating with carriers and logistics team members.
• Manage time-sensitive financial workflows to prevent late fees or service disruptions for the US operation.
• Document all communication trails to maintain compliance and transparency within the AP lifecycle.

Process Improvement & Special Projects

You contribute to the evolution of the finance function to match the client's scaling needs.

• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to identify and implement operational efficiencies in the AP workflow.
• Lead special financial projects assigned to enhance data capture or reporting accuracy.
• Execute additional financial administration duties with high-speed accuracy and minimal oversight.
