Role Description The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and verifying invoices, matching purchase orders, preparing and posting journal entries, and maintaining up-to-date records of payables. The role involves handling expense reports, resolving invoice discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The Accounts Payable Specialist also assists in maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards while helping improve payable processes and controls.

Job Description:

• Prepared/released suppliers payables (Local and Foreign)
• Transferred all suppliers delivery receipt on XERO
• Made vendors invoices on xero
• Reconciled bills & Production Journal
• Forecasted quarterly production expenses and handled petty cash
• Handled DHL Corporate account
• Processed payment for foreign agent coordinated with money changer

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any Accounting or related courses
• At least 6 Months of general accounting experience.
• Highly organized, meticulous and independent
• Can work immediately
• Willing to work in San Juan, Metro Manila
